Hi Audra..
The homeowner found our website...through HSR!.. She lives in
San Diego and needed a home stager who could handle the
"complete project." The home was on the market three years
ago..vacant..and never received an offer. Discouraged she and
her husband rented the home until March 1, 2008. We received her
email, did an evaluation...talked with her Realtor over the
phone...and we were hired! We managed the entire project which
included painting every room on the first floor and the
basement/rec room, and new carpeting on the first floor! We
staged it...finally met the realtor on the final day...and the
open house was the following weekend.
The homeowner and the Realtor were thrilled with the results,
and the buyer interest in the home has been phenomenal! So, here
is another success story for Looking Fine by Redesign....thanks
to HSR...the Homeowner hired us "sight unseen"...and LOVED our
work! I am still amazed...but couldn't be happier! Thanks,
