selling in this market because honest and
savvy agents (like the one in the video
below) have INSISTED they be staged first!
"I don't want to be apologizing for a home"
says the smart broker out of Chicago.
It's almost July and if your home or
listing is still on the market (from April)
then it's a wake-up call to either lower
your price or get your home professionally
staged (which is a lot less money then the
latter option!) |

Just had to tell you! the house the agent "trusted" me on and let me
move whole rooms of furniture from one room to another...SOLD to
the first buyer who saw it staged and for FULL PRICE! Last year
they had it for sale with another agent. No staging...40 showings
and not one offer!
