Do I have to have an HSR Website to take advantage of this program?  Yes and No.  Yes, if you do have an HSR website, you must have our upgraded Wordpress website for this to work since it will not work with our old html websites.  No, you don't need to have an HSR website if you have a website that you can easily access and add the html we give you on your own.  As long as you have access to your own website pages, this Email Marketing Product will work for you!

 

I understand that you set up the iContact email marketing account, autoresponders, lists and signup forms but do you also add those to my website?  No. we do not have access to your website, nor are we priced to do that kind of additional set up (remember we are charging less then if you were to do this on your own but setting up the account side of things which takes time).  Similar to our Wordpress website tutorials, we have a 7-step video tutorial process that walks you through your website and report set up and takes about 2 hours total:

1.  Choosing and customizing a gorgeous header image for your business
2.  Taking your custom header image and adding it to your reports
3.  Creating two pages on your website where you will copy and paste the   html we give you for adding the video to your website
4.  STOP and wait for your iContact account to be set up by HSR and login sent to you
5.  Familiarize yourself with the unlimited functionality of iContact
6.  Tailor your autoresponder emails that HSR set up for you with your header and company information
7.  Add the signup form html that HSR sends to you to your website

As you can see, it's fairly simple set up on your part and the best kind of marketing activity you can do!

 

Can I import my current contact list to the iContact account but set it up so they don't get the autoresponders?  Absolutely!  At the click of a button you can upload all your current contacts to a new list that does not have the autoresponders attached to it OR you can upload them, or add them one-by-one to one of the autoresponder lists, so that they do get your follow-up emails....you have complete functionality!

 

Does the iContact system create newsletters?  Absolutely!  They have a "Message Builder" program filled with templates that allows you to create a myriad of newsletter, open house announcements, etc..

 

How is the technical support on this?  HSR is your contact until your account is set up and iContact has an amazing technical support line that answers right away, is US based and one of the primary reasons we chose iContact as the email provider.

 

I already am using an email marketing system like Constant Contact but REALLY love what you are offering!  Do you have any plans to package the information for those who already have an email management solution they like?  I wish we could but since there is so much setup on the HSR end with iContact, and we can't know all the other systems out there to do that for others, I don't think it would be possible.

The nice thing about this product is that you have nothing to lose by going with it since we are not charging a setup fee currently and the monthly cost is so low!

 

I noticed the video mentioned that in the first 30 days any email inquiry to each of the signup forms you create will receive 5 follow up emails over 30 days...do you have anything planned for after that? Or any plans for creating a system to send to our existing data base throughout the year?  We set up the autoresponders to each have a 5 email series but YOU can easily add to that with whatever information you like (and we encourage it!)  All you do is hit the "Add New Message" button, it's very simple.  iContact allows you to easily send newsletters and announcements, so I recommend you send a monthly newsletter to all your list contacts.  HSR may create a monthly example newsletter in the future if there is a demand for it but I think newsletter should be personal.

 

Is the iContact account in my name, so my contacts would be mine personally, to manage and control?  ABSOLUTELY!  We create an account in your name that you have complete Administrative access to, so you control the entire account and own all of it's contacts and contents!  You can have up to 2000 contacts in your account which should be more than enough.
