Before I signed up for HSR, I went through another staging school which at the time was advertising on HGTV offering a lucrative guaranteed income. I "jumped through their hoops' and passed their tests only to be offered independent contracting. ( I do all the work and they make the money--not for me!) I was TOTALLY unprepared to be in business for myself in this industry after that 6 month experience! Talent is mandatory but specific business knowledge in this industry is absolutely imperative!!
