I staged recently.
The sellers had

market last summer
into fall for about
4 months... I staged
the home for them
bringing in rental
furniture and my
accessories. They
received an offer on
the home within 3
weeks and finalized
the offer a few days
later. The home
owner said this
would have never
happened had it not
been staged.
