HSR and one of it's members, Donna Dazzo was featured in the New York Times article entitled "All Their World's A Staging". Indeed, the homes that are being sold are professionally staged and many of the stagers have been HSR Certified through the Home Staging Resource!

"It's also helpful to hire a stager who has been taught the art of staging. "We train people to be professional stagers," said Audra Slinkey, president of Home Staging Resource in Vista, Calif. "We train them to transform the home so that it can be marketed to the broadest array of buyers." Ms. Slinkey said most buyers want a home that is "move in ready" and often cannot see potential if the owner's furnishings and artwork obscure the view."

As we enter into the fall season and watch as the housing activity falls for the **17th consecutive month, (the lowest level since March 2001 which was the start of the last recession) one may wonder, "How can I possibly sell my house in this market?" The good news is, houses are selling but only the smart sellers are getting buyers offers. What do the smart sellers know that the rest of the market doesn't? Thank you so much for checking in! Business has been going great and at a much faster rate than I ever expected! I am so grateful for discovering your course. It has truly helped me get off the ground rolling and has prepared me for the "unknown". I started the course in March and have staged two 3500 square foot vacant homes in the last month!
