sent me some fantastic before-and-after photos of her work
and had this to say...
"Incidentally, I did get those two jobs I spoke about in
my last email (they both came through yesterday)... one is a
vacant stage, and the other a redesign... SO
exciting...sometimes I can't believe how blessed I am to
have finally found my dream job! I absolutely love the
flexibilty, and owning my own business, and of course the
work itself is so much fun, and always something new and
challenging... I just love it!...HSR has been such a big
help to me... even just being able to go to the website for
inspiration every once in a while really gives me that extra
boost I sometimes need! You do a great job!"

The Two-Minute Amazing Transformations Video...
We've created an
Amazing Transformations video of over 30
before-and-after staging transformations in order to help
agents convince their clients of the benefits and value of
home staging.
We know that real estate agents don't need to be convinced
of the benefits of staging as they see the difference in
home appeal and sales everyday. The problem is the home
seller who can't view their home objectively, thus "imagine
the possibilities". Here is a 2-minute video link for agents
to send to their clients via email in order to EDUCATE them
on what a HSR Certified Professional Stager can do for them
(just copy and paste the link).
Your email and website can look like this: "As an
important part of the listing process, I partner with an
expert, HSR Certified professional home stager who will
visit your home, work with you to stage and photograph your
home, so our marketing materials and Internet presence will
have impact. Here's a short video of example staging
before-and- after photos that illustrate my point..."

Home Staging is Necessary in a Slow Market
The new stories on the left hand bar may look bleak but
I only hear success stories from our Members who have
partnered with agents, staged and quickly sold homes
that were otherwise languishing...
"An investor called me about a property that had been
sitting for three months. I came out and told him I
could help. He posted the new pictures I took for him on
the website immediately. He called me last night to let
me know that he was under contract and was going to
close on the 2nd only 12 Days after staging in this
market, in the beginning of January! He asked me to mail
him more of my information to hand out to his Realtor
and investor friends! Thanks for giving me the tools to
get started."
