Dear Audra,
I don't really know where to start, which is why I haven't written sooner. First of all, I am so so happy. When I am on a job, I can't get to sleep at night, and I can't wait to start in the morning I am so excited!

I am happy to say that I have had incredible results with staging. I actually have a bit of a niche that I refer to as Vacant Home Enhancement. The challenge of making a big impact in a vacant home with very little furniture and lots of color, texture, pictures etc. is so rewarding and my clients have been very, very, happy. It keeps the cost down for them and yet they feel like they are still getting a lot for their money.

My first client was a realtor/homeowner whose home was vacant (and he now had two mortgages), and had been on the market for four months. As soon as the home was staged he immediately received two offers and closed on one of them recently.

The next home I did (I called the agent who had left a card at the home I just mentioned) also received an offer within two weeks of being staged after being on the market for 7 months! I am now doing a second home for this agent.

WOW! This has been crazy! We heard that Sept would pick up but this is beyond expectation! The calls have been for our Vacant Staging. We have two BIG homes going now each 4000+ sf. .. We thank you so much for all your help! You really have helped us get this thing rolling. You did not warn us that is would roll DOWN HILL! LOL!

We have taken our marketing to the next level with your HSR yard signs and we now have water bottles! We hand them out at open houses. The web site has been a great tool! A lot of people say they found us on the web! The Realtors are coming along with this new idea to our area of Home Staging. They can't believe how fast we can get a home Staged!
