Real Estate Agents Are "Retooling" For A Slowing Housing Economy

Two key components to a Real Estate Agents marketing success lay in bringing in a Professional Home Stager AND Photographer in order to compete in a slowing economy, according to a June 24th Orange County Register article.  At the Home Staging Resource, our Professional Home Stagers are not only expert home stagers and marketers, but are also trained on the art of great picture taking and presenting.

Builders On-Board With Benefits of Home Staging

With sales of newly built homes slipping in May 1.6 percent, builders are offering more then just new home incentives to new buyers.  "Many of the home buyers of these new homes are "contingent" upon the success of selling their current home, so if they can't manage to sell their home, everyone loses" says Audra Slinkey of the Home Staging Resource.  "When the home builder offers to bring in a professional home stager to stage the contingent buyers home, the odds of it selling are increased, while the cost to the builder is nominal compared to the cost of losing the sale."
